Robert Molander is a global commercial healthcare leader, board member and consultant with over 25 years of experience in driving breakthrough growth.
Building on a successful specialty pharma, biotech and OTC career with Novartis, Pfizer and Shionogi and in heathtech with Trialbee, Robert created Stratfox Healthcare Group LLC with an eye towards small and mid-sized pharma/biotech companies, private equity firms, and investment banks based in the United States and Europe.
His commitment to enabling healthcare commercialization has inspired Robert to become a board member of publicly listed Xspray AB (current) and Infant Bacterial Therapeutics AB (past) and servicing a variety of strategic engagements. Some examples include identifying and launching >$300M in growth initiatives for a major US Oncology organization, developing a US Market Access Hemophilia Roadmap for a European mid-size specialty pharmaceutical firm, building an Operational Marketing Planning Framework for a major global pharmaceutical organization and providing a US investment firm with strategic assessment on the underwriting of debt for a commercial stage pharmaceutical asset.
