 Pre-Market Evaluation

 

Provide strategic and economic assessment on a given innovation to justify funding and further development.

In this stage, we assess the value proposition from key stakeholders such as the patient, the practitioner and the payor. Evaluations include e.g. new product innovations, new indications, Rx to OTC switches, etc. We synthesize insights into a model that enables simulation of different scenarios and resulting potential revenue streams.

Pre-Launch Preparation

 

Provide launch readiness and resourcing leading up to a regulatory action date and launch. We do this in the context of:

  • Shaping the Brand - Broad understanding of the marketplace, trends, customer segments, market access context, value propositions and brand strategy.

  • Shaping the Market - Key opinion leader mapping and targeting, patient and medical associations action plans and advocacy, PR and communications planning.

  • Shaping the Organization - Planning for a launch team, field force and key account size and structure, potential partnering considerations and tracking and performance management.

This covers key areas of the product management mix including Direct to Consumer, Health Care Professional, Medical Education / KOL Management and Media Management both conventional / digital. Operationally, this can also cover the appropriate frameworks for Strategic & Tactical Planning as well as organizational design, talent identification and development.
